Shipping: Once payment has been received, orders will ship within 1-3 business days in air-tight bags. Our standard shipping uses USPS flat rate. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery after product is shipped. A tracking number will be available on your order page, once your order processes, and is completed.
Once a shipment is shipped with (USPS), Florida Fresh Botanicals is no longer responsible for it. You will receive tracking information once your order processed and shipped If your package does not arrive but shows delivered in the USPS tracking system, we will not be held liable. If the package does not arrive and tracking indicates this, our liability is to help you in locating the package with USPS. In the rare case it gets damaged or opened in transit, stolen we do not accept responsibility.
RETURNS: All purchases are final. We do not accept returns. If you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us . We will do our very best to address any concerns you may have.
Cancelling Recent Orders
Our process from receiving your order to time of shipment is usually less than 24 hours. If you made a mistake in your order, call us as soon as you notice, so we can correct your order before shipping.
